Job summary

ATS is seeking a maintenance technician in a factory setting to perform mid to expert level repair and preventative maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and control systems. The role involves sourcing parts, performing machining tasks, and adhering to 5S and safety standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent technical experience, with hands-on skills in troubleshooting and repair.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree with a technical focus and 3+ years related experience, or 5 years related experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identify and source parts, supplies and repair items as needed.
• Setup and operate machining operations (lathe, drill press, grinder) and welding as required.
• Follow 5S and housekeeping standards; drive CI activities and cost savings.
• Update CMMS records and review history; troubleshoot control systems.
