Job summary

Advanced Technology Services in Griffin, GA is seeking an entry to mid-level maintenance technician to perform break-fix and preventative maintenance, adjust components, repair parts, and support machine tools in a heavy industrial environment.

Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, an associate degree with technical focus or 18 months related experience, understand basic electrical and mechanical systems, and be able to use common hand tools.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Associates degree with a Technical focus or 18 months of related experience in general industry or successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program.
• Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical systems. Can perform repairs.
• Must be able to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs entry to mid-level break-fix & preventative maintenance, including adjusting parts and repairing or replacing defective components.
• Identifies needed parts, supplies, and repair items.
• Updates records and reviews CMMS history.
• Follows safety policies and 5S and housekeeping standards.
• May set up simple machining operations and basic welding tasks.
