Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or working toward it).
• No previous experience required — we’ll train the right person.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in all weather.
• Comfortable using basic tools (or willing to learn).
• Basic communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Help with routine property maintenance such as trash pickup, painting, basic repairs, and cleaning.
• Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and general upkeep of exterior areas.
• Support the maintenance team with tools, materials, and setup during larger repair jobs.
• Learn to complete basic tasks like fixing minor plumbing or electrical issues under supervision.
• Respond to requests from tenants and property staff in a friendly and professional way.
• Help prepare units for new tenants (cleaning, painting, replacing light fixtures, etc.).
• Follow safety guidelines and help keep work areas clean and organized.
• Keep track of tools and supplies and help restock as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, time, and materials used.
