Elliron Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Technician and Supervisor in keeping the community safe, functional, and well-maintained.

You will gain hands-on experience across multiple trades and contribute to routine repairs, safety programs, and resident satisfaction. This entry-point role offers a clear path to a Maintenance Technician position with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to read schematics.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and painting.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Willingness to wear required safety gear.
• Full-time availability, 35 hours/week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support routine preventive maintenance and safety tasks across the property.
• Assist with general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Help with cleaning, painting, and upkeep to maintain safety and appearance.
• Read schematics and manuals to aid accurate repairs and CMMS documentation.
• Support make-ready tasks and manage inventory of spare parts.
