Entry-Level Machine Operator

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Location: Joplin, MO

Pay: Starting at $16/hour (higher depending on experience)

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime available on Saturdays as needed)

Job Description:

Stand-By Personnel is currently hiring entry-level Machine Operators for a reputable machine shop located in Joplin. These are temp-to-hire positions ideal for individuals who are dependable and eager to grow within a long-term career. While previous experience is preferred, we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and consistent attendance.
