What You’ll be Doing

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? You’ll own ensuring customer data is accurately entered and meets compliance standards. Whether it’s providing quick answers, consulting on products with compassion, or resolving issues with a smile, you’ll make the difference between an average and an exceptional customer experience.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
  • Fulfill customer requests with the appropriate supplies/materials.
  • Receive, unload, check, and stock new transponder inventory, supplies, customer materials, and retrieve items for distribution as requested.
  • Conduct research to provide answers that help resolve customer issues.
What You Bring to the Role
  • At least 6 months of data entry experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge.
