What You’ll be Doing

Whether it’s providing quick answers, consulting on products with compassion, or resolving issues with a smile, you’ll make the difference between an average and an exceptional customer experience.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Fulfill customer requests with the appropriate supplies/materials.
• Receive, unload, check, and stock new transponder inventory, supplies, customer materials, and retrieve items for distribution as requested.
• Conduct research to provide answers that help resolve customer issues.

What You Bring to the Role

• At least 6 months of data entry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge.
