Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Tucson, AZ is seeking entry level sales professionals. You will complete a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics, learning to negotiate freight deals, manage shipments, and build client relationships.

You’ll start with 6 months of direct training and aim to meet sales metrics to qualify for commissions. A college degree is preferred but not required, with veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs and find carriers for time-sensitive freight.
• Manage daily operations and participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling and build your book.
