Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation operations, customer care, supply chain support, or a related field.
• Certification in dangerous goods handling, cold chain logistics, forklift operation or CVOR licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Break down, inspect, clean, and refurbish packaging for reuse per SOPs.
• Review pickup reports and reserve appropriate packaging for scheduled client pickups.
• Prepare and condition temperature-controlled shipments in walk-in coolers, refrigerators, and freezers.
