Job summary

Echo Global Logistics is seeking an entry-level Logistics Coordinator to support key client accounts and ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution. You will collaborate with internal partners to exceed customer expectations and help manage daily operations with accuracy and urgency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or logistics.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures with minimal oversight.
• Team-oriented with the ability to deliver individual contributions daily.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of Account Executives and ensure operational success for managed accounts.
• Prioritize between daily duties and ad hoc requests to provide operational support.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments for client shipments.
• Assist to resolve Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable issues.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver world-class customer service.
• Leverage support to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Proactively communicate issues to the team.
• Manage relationships within Echo and with carriers.
• Adopt Echo's technology to maximize efficiency.
