Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination & Support: Build loads, set up carriers, schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Update customer systems and provide critical information to teams.
• Maintain active load information for shipper and carrier tracking.
• Administrative duties: answer phones, match invoices, issue payments, support accounting.
• Update carrier information and verify certificates, communicate with insurers and references.
• Complete system training and uphold company principles of Customer, Company, and Office.
