Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability; good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into the transportation management system.
• Verify pickup/delivery locations, dates, times, weights, and instructions.
• Track shipments and collect proof-of-delivery documents.
• Communicate professionally by phone and email with drivers, carriers, customers.
• Identify missing or conflicting information and confirm before guessing.
• Learn basics of truck brokerage, carrier operations, billing and customer service.
