AYS Group is offering a fully remote, phone-based life insurance sales opportunity with training and mentorship. No insurance background is required to apply, and you will obtain the appropriate license before selling.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with compensation based on commissions and performance. Ideal candidates are coachable, self-motivated, comfortable speaking on the phone, and able to work independently from home.
