Riot Platforms, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician I to join our Austin office. This entry-level role handles frontline incident response, routine break/fix tasks, and admin support while gaining broader exposure to IT systems and projects across facilities.

You will support end-user devices, software, and access for standard to VIP users, documenting steps and collaborating with Level 2 staff to improve processes. Travel to Rockdale as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of IT support or service desk experience.
• Basic knowledge of end-user devices, OS, productivity software, and mobile devices.
• Strong communication, customer-service, organization, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn quickly, accept coaching, and grow into independent support.

Responsibilities

• Resolve frontline incidents, service requests, break/fix issues, and routine end-user needs.
• Support hardware, software, endpoint, account-access, mobile devices, printing, and conferencing needs for diverse users.
• Diagnose routine to moderately complex issues using established procedures.
• Document troubleshooting steps, user communications, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Participate in IT projects, deployments, and site-support initiatives.
