• Strong customer service and ability to explain technical information clearly to varied users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, ticketing system, or in person.
• Troubleshoot Tier 1 hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity issues for Windows and macOS.
• Install and configure desktop/laptop computers, OS, apps, printers, and endpoint tech.
• Support Microsoft 365 services and collaboration tools, manage MFA and account requests.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the IT service management system.
