Job summary

FoggyOps in Norman, OK is seeking an entry-level Tier 1 IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for client requests. You\'ll take in tickets, troubleshoot, resolve what you can, and escalate when needed with clear documentation.

You\'ll gain hands-on experience across Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic AWS, with structured onboarding and on-the-job training. Travel to client sites in the Norman and OKC area is expected.

Qualifications

• Entry-level IT support role requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Willingness to learn and grow with on-the-job training.
• Valid US work authorization and a driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Handle first-line support requests by phone, email, and ticketing portal.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365—accounts, passwords, mailboxes, licensing, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Provide first-line support for managed AWS environments and our own infrastructure.
• Respond to alerts from security stack and escalate per procedure.
• Configure, image, and deploy Windows and Mac workstations.
• Document tickets thoroughly in HaloPSA.
• Travel to client sites in the Norman and OKC area as needed.
