Job summary

Andrews & Associates IT Solutions, LLC is seeking an entry-level IT support professional in Amarillo, TX. You will be the first point of contact, handling calls, emails, and portal tickets with care and clear communication.

You'll triage, document, and resolve common issues, support Microsoft 365 at the user level, and assist with Copilot and AI platforms. Training progression and on-site opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• One year of technical support experience or demonstrable hands-on aptitude.
• Solid Windows fundamentals and ability to troubleshoot a misbehaving PC.
• Ability to explain technical problems to non-technical people without condescension.
• Genuine care for clients; empathy is required, not optional.
• Willingness to be coached, follow documented process, and ask before improvising.
• Professional appearance and conduct; regular interaction with professional clients.

Responsibilities

• Answer client requests by phone, email, and portal as the first point of contact.
• Triage and document every ticket in our PSA with enough detail for seamless handoff.
• Resolve common issues remotely: password resets, account lockouts, Outlook, printing, and software installs.
• Support Microsoft 365 at user level: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Assist clients using Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI platforms with access and licensing questions.
• Image, configure, and deploy workstations and mobile devices.
• Follow documented playbooks and escalate to Level 2 when needed.
• Assist senior technicians onsite at client locations as scheduled.
