Medical Murray is seeking an IT Support Specialist I to provide responsive, hands-on technical support across the organization in Lake Zurich, IL. This entry-level role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, user accounts, and connectivity while helping employees maximize the technology they use daily.

The ideal candidate should have a customer-service mindset, strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing and R&D setting.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in IT support/Help Desk preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows and Office 365.
• Familiarity with Entra ID/Active Directory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support for computers, printers, tablets, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot common software/app issues including Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
• Support user accounts and access in Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot basic network/connectivity issues and escalate complex cases.
• Monitor Help Desk tickets and communicate resolutions.
• Assist with new employee onboarding and device preparation.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Update IT procedures and guides as needed.
• Escalate issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Deliver professional IT support to employees at all levels.
