Diesel Laptops LLC is seeking an IT Tech Support Level 1 Technician in Irmo, SC. You will handle incoming calls and inquiries, diagnose technical issues, and document all actions and outcomes with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a fast-paced setting, with emphasis on customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. High school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior customer service or tech support experience is a plus.

Qualifications
