Job summary

Focus on the Family is seeking an entry-level Technology Support Specialist I in Colorado Springs. You will participate in training while handling Level 1/2 requests, assisting with desktop hardware, Apple/Windows OS, Office apps, and end-user services.

The role involves rotating shifts and occasional supervision. You will work with senior specialists to install/configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals, while following IT security and service policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; higher degrees preferred.
• 1–2 years in Windows OS and Apple iOS/macOS support ideal.
• Experience in customer service and IT helpdesk is valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-contact support via phone/email for IT services.
• Log and update all service requests in the Service Desk system.
• Prioritize incidents using documented criteria and escalate when needed.
