Westman Atelier in New York City is seeking an entry‑level IT Support professional to keep our corporate and retail environments running smoothly. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, assist with onboarding and offboarding, manage IT inventory, and collaborate with external IT vendors on escalations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 1–3 years in IT support or related role; internships considered.
• Strong proficiency with MacOS and Windows.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack and Zoom.
• Understanding of office networking, Wi‑Fi, VPNs and device management.
• Excellent customer service and ability to explain tech to non‑technical users.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Willingness to learn across IT functions in a fast‑growing brand.
• On‑site, flexible part‑time work in NYC as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary first‑line technical support for corporate and retail staff.
• Provide on‑site hardware, printer and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting in NYC office.
• Respond to IT tickets promptly based on impact and urgency.
• Set up and troubleshoot laptops, monitors, mobile devices and AV gear.
• Escalate complex issues to external IT partners while owning resolution.
• Document recurring issues, SOPs, and inventory for IT operations.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, accounts, and device provisioning.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and conduct routine software updates.
• Coordinate with external vendors on system projects and upgrades.
