dbHMS, based in Chicago, is seeking an Entry Level IT Generalist to support the IT Coordinator and maintain office technology for the Chicago team and remote members nationwide. This part-time role offers 20–30 hours per week with potential for flexible hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the company helpdesk system.
• Configure devices, image machines, and set up user accounts/remote access.
• Assist the IT Coordinator with troubleshooting and documentation.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.
