Job summary

PTR Global seeks an entry-level IT Help Desk Agent to support a leading Insurance Client. This contract role covers 12 months with potential extension, and shifts include 3 days in the office with 2 remote days; some shifts are fully remote.

The ideal candidate has basic computer knowledge, familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Previous help desk experience is helpful but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer technical support calls, emails, and tickets.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, account-access, and network issues.
• Reset passwords and assist users with login problems.
• Document issues in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex problems to senior support teams.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
