Qualifications

• Degree and/or certification in IT or related field.
• 1–3 years IT support or help desk experience (customer service a plus).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable supporting Windows, macOS, and smartphones.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, printer setup, and basic hardware installation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Level I IT support.
• Respond promptly to help desk tickets and incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals).
• Gather and document information for ticket resolution and escalation to Level II support.
• Create and maintain user accounts, including onboarding and access management.
• Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.
• Assist with software testing, QA, and new application rollouts.
• Support small IT projects, documentation, and cross-department communication.
