Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional technical support to employees in person and remotely.
• Troubleshoot common computer, software, printer, and network connectivity issues, with guidance from the IT team.
• Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the IT help desk system.
• Assist with creating and disabling user accounts in Active Directory, following established procedures.
• Set up, configure, install, and replace computers, monitors, printers, and other peripherals.
• Deliver and replace printer cartridges.
• Communicate clearly with employees about their support requests and follow up as needed.
• Elevate issues to the IT team when necessary.
