Responsibilities

• Maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
• Installation and upgrades of computer components and software; manage virtual servers and automation.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software errors by running diagnostics and documenting resolutions.
• Perform regular backups and implement data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
• Desktop and helpdesk support ensuring timely resolution of issues with minimal disruption.
• Assist with management of in-house VoIP systems and related hardware/software components.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve objectives.
