Job summary

BendPak is seeking an entry-level IT professional to support the Information Technology department. Under supervision, you will assist with back-end day-to-day operations and ensure proper computer operation so end users can accomplish business tasks.

You will handle Helpdesk requests, diagnose issues, and provide hands-on desktop support. You will communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, document resolutions, and work toward timely problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level IT role supporting end users.
• Familiar with help desk processes and email/phone support.
• Able to document steps and resolutions.

Responsibilities
