You will learn to deliver presentations, respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text, and schedule meetings. The position emphasizes relationship building, performance-based rewards, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years post-high school work experience (or close to degree completion) required/preferred.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain; study course provided & licensing fees reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your sales manager.
