Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no experience required
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (licensing fees reimbursed)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients
• Visit local businesses and develop relationships with owners and HR heads
• Build and nurture your client portfolio
• Collaborate with sales team to set monthly/quarterly targets
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager
• Record daily activities and sales updates
