This role focuses on relationship building, several sales activities, and a clear path to performance-based promotions.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• License to sell Health & Life Insurance or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in relevant sales or athletics.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
