We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you develop the skills to connect with business owners, HR leaders, and other decision-makers while delivering value through supplemental products.

You will use our Salesforce system, make presentations, schedule meetings, and build a client portfolio, with a clear path for growth through commissions, bonuses, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• License to sell Health & Life Insurance in your state or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our Salesforce CRM to generate clients and expand your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Join calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with owners and referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Work with the team to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and submit your weekly schedule to the sales manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity at day end.
