Alleviation Enterprise is hiring entry-level supplemental insurance sales professionals in Texas. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support for newcomers and seasoned sales pros, with licensing guidance and reimbursement.

You will meet with business owners and HR decision-makers, deliver presentations, and build lasting client relationships while helping clients access supplemental insurance products.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (course provided; fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and build your professional network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/ meetings with sales manager and team.
• Personally visit businesses to build relationships and re-service clients.
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; report activities weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
