Job summary

You'll engage business owners and HR leaders, schedule meetings, present solutions, and grow with weekly draws, commissions, bonuses, and renewal incentives. No prior licensing required initially, study course provided.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position in supplemental insurance sales with comprehensive training.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners, HR heads and decision-makers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and manage client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and nurture relationships with local owners.
• Collaborate with sales team to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
