Responsibilities include managing leads in Salesforce, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, visiting local businesses, and building your own client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Background check completed with satisfactory result.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (course provided and licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant sales/athletic experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present options.
• Attend calls/meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships, and re-service existing clients.
• Develop your own client portfolio and meet sales targets monthly/quarterly.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager; record daily activity.
• Collaborate with team on goals and drive renewal opportunities.
