Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to learn the insurance industry while developing sales and customer service skills. You will prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss needs and present personalized coverage options in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and build a growing client portfolio in your territory.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check is required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active health & life license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and meet potential clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Present personalized coverage options and close sales.
• Schedule meetings and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Visit local businesses, develop relationships with owners, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture a client portfolio and track activity daily.
• Collaborate with manager to set and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Manage weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
