Qualifications

• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with local owners and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
