You will learn about the insurance industry while developing sales and customer service skills, prospecting, contacting, and meeting with potential clients to discuss coverage options.

This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment and the chance to make a meaningful impact on clients by helping them choose personalized Insurance plans and building a growing client portfolio

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
