Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative in Texas. You will prospect, contact, and meet potential clients to assess their insurance needs and present tailored coverage options.

You will work with a team to hit monthly targets, manage your workflow, and build a client portfolio while using Salesforce CRM to track leads and activity. Training and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience in sales or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present options.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; record daily activity.
