You will engage with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers, delivering both individual and group presentations to grow the business. Key duties include using Salesforce CRM to generate leads, scheduling meetings, and visiting local businesses to establish relationships.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule and conduct meetings to assess client insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and re-service clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily activity and sales updates.
