Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales representative. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to build a client-focused sales portfolio.

The role emphasizes building relationships with business owners and HR leaders while delivering value through insurance products. Responsibilities include lead cultivation with Salesforce, client inquiries, meeting scheduling, and regular performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high-school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and report to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high-school work experience
