This role emphasizes relationship building, scheduling, and meeting targets, with hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM and close collaboration with the sales manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background is preferred.
• Experience in field-based sales is not required for entry-level candidates but a passion for helping people is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with local business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
• Schedule and conduct meetings to assess insurance needs and deliver presentations to individuals and groups.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text and follow up on referrals.
• Maintain and grow your own client portfolio and hit monthly sales targets.
• Record daily activities and performance metrics, coordinating with the sales manager.
