Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is recruiting for an entry-level supplemental insurance sales role. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while developing your ability to connect with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers.

Expected to build a client portfolio and drive sales through presentations and consultative discussions. You will work with the team to meet monthly targets, respond to inquiries, and schedule client meetings, with a focus on long-term relationships

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior sales experience required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience, with sales or athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Visit businesses to develop relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio and sales pipeline.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with the sales team.
