• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain (licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high-school work experience; candidates near degree completion considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and re-service clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
