Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build a client network in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings and attend calls with the sales manager.
• Visit local businesses, develop relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture a personal client portfolio and track sales activity daily.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and adhere to weekly schedules.
