Alleviation is seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative role. You will prospect, contact, and meet potential clients to discuss coverage options and tailor plans to their needs, all within a fast-paced environment that rewards initiative.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, can manage their own schedule, and are comfortable using Salesforce. A driver's license and a license in Health & Life Insurance is required or obtainable with company support.

Qualifications

• Background check clearance required or obtainable
• Active driver''s license and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided)
• Bachelor''s degree or 4+ years of relevant sales or athletic background will be considered

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team
• Personally visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners; re-service existing clients
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio
• Collaborate with the sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly targets
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at day end
