Alleviation is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative in Colorado Springs to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment. You will prospect, meet with clients, and tailor coverage options while developing your advisory skills and building a personal book of business.

You’ll use Salesforce to manage leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule meetings, with support for obtaining licenses and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and meet with potential clients to identify insurance needs.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and schedule meetings.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text and provide options.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service clients.
• Set and pursue monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Record daily activity and sales metrics in the CRM.
