Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative in Durango, CO. You will prospect, contact, and meet potential clients to discuss coverage options, using Salesforce CRM to manage leads and build your client base.

You will operate with a structured schedule, receive weekly draw pay plus commissions, and have opportunities for bonuses, promotions, and license reimbursement. Licensing support is provided. Health benefits enroll after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Background check completed before employment.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (license fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and meet potential clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and develop your territory.
• Schedule meetings with clients to present tailored coverage options.
• Attend calls/meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio and referrals.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily activities and sales stats.
