Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state or willing to obtain (study course provided and license fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience or relevant sales/athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and solicit referrals.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio and sales targets.
• Record daily work stats and sales activities.
