Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, visiting local businesses, and building your own client portfolio. Training, a dynamic environment, and paths for professional growth are provided, with licensing support where needed.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (course provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or athletic background may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners and follow up on referrals.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each day.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to your manager.
• Grow and maintain your own client portfolio.
