• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training and fees covered).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4+ years of relevant sales/work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and meet with potential clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with clients to assess coverage requirements.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and re-service clients.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
