Alleviation is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to learn the insurance industry while honing sales and customer service skills. You will prospect, contact, and meet potential clients to discuss needs and present personalized options.

Use Salesforce CRM, schedule meetings, visit local businesses, and build your own client portfolio. Weekly draw pay, commissions, bonuses, and promotions are offered along with training and licensing support.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (study course provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (considered with relevant sales/athletic background).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present options.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
